SL Carni is a company specialising in excellent cured and fresh pork products. We are a young and motivated team that aims at creating the best products to meet all of our customers’ requirements: from processing to marketing, we take care of all aspects part of the production process.
Our service, the efficiency of our integrated logistics, our ability to respond immediately, and our understanding of the commercial and qualitative aspects of products have led us to satisfying over 200 customers, processing over 40 million kg of meat in a year, and exporting the excellence of Italian charcuterie all over the world.
We are located in the heart of the Emilian Food Valley: our traditions are a starting point to reach new goals thanks to the application of the most innovative techniques while respecting the history of charcuterie.

We are authorised to export to non-EU countries (Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan, Cile.).
It was in 2013 that Mr. Marco Lei’s youthful passion for the meat sector gave rise to the first company, which operated as a trader from a garage.
In the following years, thanks to the success of the business, we moved from the garage into larger and more organised facilities. In 2019, we acquired our current 4000 m2 production facility, with the aim of directly monitoring the quality level of the product and customer service.
The following were arranged in a short amount of time:
• new refrigerated units
• a -37°C blast chiller tunnel
• upgrade of the building.
To ensure the highest standards of food protection, safety, legality and product quality, sanitising stations were installed at the entrances in addition to automatic machine-washing equipment.

Our head office is located in Vignola (MO), in Via Trinità 8, in one of the most suitable areas in Italy for agri-food production. We are in the heart of the Food Valley, where food is art!
